Recently, due to the help of Agamemnon, I've found a bunch of interesting early AoK screens. I've assembled it all here, for the world to see. This stuff has remained "Hidden" for so long because there from foreign languages previews (German, Russian). Thanks, and enjoy!

HiglightThis is part of a full screenshot, taken in the editor. It's interesting to see that the background of the interface is different, but what's more interesting is that in the list, there's the name of a unit that never made it into the final version of the game. To make matters even more interesting, is that it has a mysterious name, HPIKL!

Click on this image to see the full image! This is an Alpha title screen, click on the image if you want to see all of it. It's quite interesting, and might ne good material for a mod-pack. click on the thumbnail for the full screenshot.

Swallows! This screenshot has some interesting lost shallows, and a bunch of lost units. The flag type thing on the palisade walls. You can see a lost unit in the thumbnail, (skirmisher?). Click on the thumbnail to see the complete screenshot.

HouseThis screenshot features a lost house (as seen in the thumbnail) a lost gate, and a lost objective interface. The keener eyed agers will notice the age shown on top of the screenshot, a lost age the "Middle" age. Click on the house to see the full screenshot.

Lost TowerHere's a lost screen from the imperial age. You'll notice an interesting a lost tower, a paladin (see thumbnail), a lost farm terrian. Other lost units illustrated in this screenshot are a battering ram, a cavlary archer, a lost scorpian ballista, and a unknown foot soldier. Click on the image to enlarge it.

Dark age themeThis is a dark age screenshot, showing, a lost pallisade wall, a lost town center, a lost mill, barracks, farm, house, and several military units. Most interesting. Click on the image for the full screenshot.

CathedralThis is a screenshot of a wonder, in the Middle age. It shows that wonders were once much, much, bigger. Another thing that's interesting is the icon, which I've superimposed on the wonder for the thumbnail. Click on the image for the full version.
